Etresoft is a small company trying to grow larger. We can only provide support via e-mail. We will usually respond within 24 hours. Here are some tips that will improve the experience for everyone.
- If you have problems, first consult the FAQ page for the software you are using. Your question is probably already answered there. Plus, you don’t have to wait for an e-mail response.
- If the FAQ does not answer your question, e-mail info@etresoft.com. Please be as descriptive as possible. Tell us what is happening and, more importantly, what you expect to happen. Don’t spend hours getting frustrated, e-mail instead.
