Etresoft is a small company trying to grow larger. We can only provide support via e-mail. We will usually respond within 24 hours. Here are some tips that will improve the experience for everyone.


  1. If you have problems, first consult the FAQ page for the software you are using. Your question is probably already answered there. Plus, you don’t have to wait for an e-mail response.
  2. If the FAQ does not answer your question, e-mail info@etresoft.com. Please be as descriptive as possible. Tell us what is happening and, more importantly, what you expect to happen. Don’t spend hours getting frustrated, e-mail instead.
